Gallop Services Inc. is an independent, privately-owned company that aims to provide customers with the information needed to balance the cost and quality of technology services, based on their unique requirements.
We thrive to make personal technology more useful, accessible and affodable to the average home user and small businesses. We recognize that the constantly shifting nature of technology can be very intimidating to anyone and yet endlessly valuable. We aim to assist our clients choose the best services and get the most out of them. Our mission is:

How We Do It
Gallop Services uses a three-pronged approach to bring the best information and choices to clients.
Consumer Experience
The first and most important component of our methodology is based upon direct feedback from consumers. We spend time talking and listening to our clients about their technology needs and satisfaction levels. In addition to our direct contact with individuals, we have developed and released a unique methodology to rate service providers based on three main factors:
Delivery, Service and Value. These components of service delivered to everyday users, rated in a simple
and consistent manner gave birth to our DSVSM methodology.
Service Providers
We work with many service providers to have the latest information about their services, features and prices. In many cases, we try out their services prior to suggesting them to you. Technology providers not only work to deliver quality services, but their very existence depends on how successful they are. As such, they continuously find ways to improve how they reach their audience and develop new services pertinent to you.
Industry Research
Looking inside the world of Technology can be a daunting task and many find themselves lost within the maze of the industry. The market of personal technology services is incredibly complex and fast moving. Since our inception, we made sure that our knowledge does not solely rely on providers but also upon our own market research. We both
follow the market and are continuously studying and researching it.
Our Business Model
Our primary means of earning income is through the retailers we recommend. When an alternative is presented to you and you sign up for that service, our retailers provide us with a commission. This enables us to provide this great service at no cost to individuals.
After feedback from several clients, we have decided to provide more "hands-on" care and service. Thus we have released our Concierge Service, which provides more focused help and dedicated support to home users.
