Welcome to Gallop Services and Etilities.Com, a personal technology services company aimed to connect people through affordable and reliable services. The Etilities service and network (collectively, "Etilities" or "the Service") are operated by Gallop Services, Inc. and its corporate affiliates (collectively "us", "we", or "the Company"). By accessing or using our website at www.etilities.com or gallopinc.com (together the "site"), you (the "User") signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement") whether or not you are a registered member of the site. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms of Use on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service or the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. Trademark Information
Gallop Services, Etilities, Etility, Etilities Assistant, Etilities Wire, Etilities Advisor, Etilities Concierge, DSV, and other Company graphics, logos, designs, are trademarks, servicemarks or registered trademarks of Gallop Services, Inc. or its subsidiaries in the United States and other countries. Use of the terms "an etility" "etilities" to describe personal technology services or technology services as described within the Gallop Services or Etilities.com sites is strictly prohibited as an infringement of Gallop Services' trademark. Gallop Services is engaged in an ongoing campaign to convince the public that Etilities and Etility should not be used as anything other than to describe Gallop Services' "Etilities" services and not in any of the manners described above. To this end, the company has written to publications and companies that have used Etilities in an improper manner and continues to diligently protect this trademark. Gallop Services' trademarks may be used publicly only with permission from Gallop Services. Fair use of Gallop Services' trademarks in advertising and promotion of Gallop Services products and services requires proper acknowledgment.
Ownership of Information
Materials are copyrighted and are protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without Gallop Services' prior written permission. Except as expressly provided herein, Gallop Services and its suppliers do not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secret information. Other rights may be granted to you by Gallop Services in writing or incorporated elsewhere in the Materials.
Termination of this License
Gallop Services may terminate this license at any time if you are in breach of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Materials.

BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Governing Law; Venue and Jurisdiction
By visiting or using the Site and/or the Service, you agree that the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the Company or any of our affiliates.
